Q2) Why you wanna develop this product?

A: I found I literally had a physical heartache since 2022 during a massage session, like there was a heart knot at my chest and in the middle of my back  (在心口及背脊位置有一個心結). It was so painful when my masseuse Kelly or my physiotherapist Liz who is expertise in Craniosacral therapy pressed on it. It wasn’t usual, so I went through body checking like MRI etc to try to find out the reason, and it got nothing, my heart and all other organs are healthy. During these 3 years, I have been finding ways to have it “dissolved”, including tuning fork session which I found my heart chakra and throat chakra was blocked; lots of massage with Kelly, like 50 hours in a month; and Craniosacral therapy with my physiotherapist Liz; I also practise manifestation, meditation, using natural scented products which I curated and found from Egypt, Grasse in France, Florence, Taiwan in my home, face, body, breathing, learn breathing & Gyrotonic with my physiotherapist Alisa.

Till Nov 2025, we (together with my above professional team to fact check) found that the heart knot was disappeared, coincidently I’ve let go a 17 years of linkage with a special person in my life from October 2025.
