Valentine’s Day (Feb 14) delivery prices and time are as follows (Our delivery partner is GOGOX and Lalamove etc):

All HK Island & Kowloon: $350
New Territories: $388

Delivery time: We deliver 7 days a week between 11am-6pm. For same day delivery please order before 12pm, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Unfortunately we can’t offer specific delivery times with the above delivery fee options.

Pick up at our Sai Ying Pun Studio (3 min walk from Sai Ying Pun MTR exit B3) : $0 (Choose “Pick up at Sai Ying Pun Studio $0” at delivery method, then state your preferred pick up time at “note/ additional info session” during checkout)

Returns

Unfortunately we don't offer returns on flower deliveries however if for any reason you're not satisfied with your order please get in touch and we'll do our best to help. 

Changes

If you need to change your order please email us at info@floristrybyartofliving.com with your order number.

Weather

If Typhoon no. 8 or above, black and red rainstorm signal is hoisted, we will deliver the order the next day for the safety of our team and deliverers.

Urgent Order?

We might be able to accept and help.

If you would like to order flowers urgently out of our service hour, please email, call or what’s app us, let us know which items you would like to proceed before placing your order. There will be $2,000 minimum charge on the products, and additional 30%-50% as an urgent fee, depending on the scale. We will send you a link to proceed with your order if we accept it.
