Guided by a professional Floral Artist Emily Wong, you will learn how to arrange your own Flower Jar. From picking a colour theme and understanding different types of flowers, you will get the chance to experience the healing power of flowers. Using fresh flowers from Japan, South America, the Netherlands, and local, you will create a unique bouquet in your own style. We will also teach you techniques on taking care of flowers and extending their shelf lives. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to bring home a large glass jar of flowers as a souvenir from the class.

Join us for an extraordinary chocolate tasting experience led by Cherrie Lo from London. As a Certified Chocolate Taster and esteemed Grand Jury member of the Academy of Chocolate Awards, Cherrie is a long standing judge in various international chocolate awards and competitions in last 10 years. Drawing on her extensive expertise, Cherrie will guide you through the tasting of six exceptional craft chocolates from around the world, each carefully selected to highlight diverse flavours and origins.
You'll also enjoy a specially brewed Cacao Tea to enhance your tasting experience. As you savour each chocolate, Cherrie will share insights into the art of chocolate tasting and the process behind its creation, helping you appreciate the subtle nuances in flavor, texture, and aroma.
