Role - Brand Ambassador & Operations Assistant


Full time - 5 days per week including at least one weekend day.

part time - 3-4 days per week including at least one weekend day.

We're currently looking for a friendly and organised Brand Ambassador & operations assistant to help chat with our customers, followers, media & influencers and ensure smooth operations in our Sheung Wan studio.

Responsibilities

As a Brand Ambassador on Customer Service

  • Engage with our followers, influencers & customers to communicate our brand value and vision to them, and how floristry by ART OF LIVING is changing the landscape in HK in daily operation and during our signature floral jamming workshop.

  • Oversee customer queries and complaints via all touch points including email, social media, phone, chat and whatsapp.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered at all times.

  • Help to solve and educate customer on our vision by offering outstanding customer service and solutions.

Operations

  • Book and track couriers to ensure timely delivery of all our products to customers.

  • Develop a strong relationship with courier company to ensure smooth delivery of all orders.

  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and continue to improve daily processes.

  • Ensure stock, stationary and studio supplies are ordered promptly and efficiently.

  • Liaise with suppliers as needed to source new product and packaging.

  • Contribute to the company’s growth by constantly thinking of ways to improve operations, product and customer satisfaction, also how to reach to more public.

Requirements

  • Have excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese.

  • +2 years experience in a brand ambassador or customer facing role.

  • Organised and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

  • A people person who enjoys communicating with our team, customers, media, influencers and suppliers.
